Definition of Reference

Definition of Reference: Reference means those words or sentences which are totally impossible to explain without mentioning the sentences or words in the previous sentences of a topic. There are three types of sentence:

i. Pronoun Reference

     Example: Murad is a university student who loves to create new things. So, he is loved by everybody.  

ii. Demonstrative Reference

     Example: Men are stronger than women. This statement is generally true.  

iii. Comparative Reference.

   Example: He will not attend as chief guest in the function for his business. So, you have to find someone else.
