My dear Mun,

I have received your letter just now. In your letter you have wanted to know about how to become healthy. Now I am writing you about it.

To keep your body fit and healthy you have to be sincere about your daily activity and you have to take three meals in a day. In your meal you should eat the foods and fruits which contain different types of vitamins. You should also take fresh vegetables, meat, fish, milk, egg, chicken etc. All the foods should be kept moderately. Again you should not miss your breakfast because it’s the most important meal of our day. You can also take physical exercise regularly.

No more today, from now I hope you will be able to be healthy.
